I am passionate about helping people achieve good health, fitness and a balanced lifestyle.
Diet and exercise has become too complicated - for example:
What foods are good for us?
What foods are bad for us?
Which is the best form of exercise to lose weight, gain muscle or tone?
I like to keep things simple and make small changes, one step at a time and not overload clients with too much information.
I have been involved with sports since the age of 7, playing AFL as a junior in Melbourne. I've played both indoor and outdoor cricket and also indoor and outdoor netball at State level for QLD.
I have competed in triathlons from the enticer series at Raby Bay to the Noosa Tri (Olympic distance). I've also competed in the 1/2 and full marathons at the Gold Coast.
I have also completed the 100km Oxfam walk in Melbourne and the 96km Kokoda Challenge at the Gold Coast.
I am currently a Brown tip in Australian Freestyle Tae Kwon Do.
