With no contracts or sign up fees of any sort, advice from gym instructors available upon your request and great prices this is the place to work-out that will suit you.

Our staff have at least 5 years of experience, This experience varies from Weight loss, Rehabilitation, Endurance Training, Building Muscle Tone to Building Muscle Mass.

The most common question we come across is, "what do you do/ how do you train?".

We change our training methods and styles to suit you as an INDIVIDUAL.
