Welcome to Total Body Fitness. I'm Rose Gow, a group fitness instructor & personal trainer based in Barmera, SA. I have completed Certificates 3 & 4 in Fitness, Swissball Instructors Course, Step and Aerobic Instruction courses and have over 20 years experience in the industry. My goal is to create positive health experiences and outcomes for my clients in a fun and sociable environment.

5:45pm - Cardio Mix (1hr)

Active For Life - 1 Hour ($6)
An upbeat, fun class aimed at the over 50’s. These sessions focus on a variety of exercises which are delivered in a circuit format.

Fitball Core Conditioning - 40mins ($6)
Strengthen your core muscles with a variety of exercises which are performed using a swissball.

Gym Workout - 1 Hour ($8)
Have you wanted to exercise in the gym but are not sure how to use the equipment or which exercises to do? This 1 hour class is for you with workouts written with your goals in mind.

Fitball/Step - 1 Hour ($8)
Strengthen your core muscles with a variety of swissball core and upper body exercises, followed by a cardiovascular and leg workout using an aerobic step This class works the entire body.

Step Express - 30mins ($5)
If you’re new to step then this 30 minute class is for you. Get the workout you need with low impact moves and simple choreography.

Cardio Mix - 1 Hour ($8)
Emphasis on improving cardiovascular fitness and muscle conditioning, with aerobic exercise, weights work, step moves and core exercises. Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.
