CALIBRATION SERVICES

Being a mobile service, this saves you valuable downtime in having to send wrenches off site to be checked.

Checking and most calibrations can be carried out on site, but if a repair is required, pending parts availability, it will be taken back to the workshop and you will generally have your wrench back the next day.

Loan wrenches are available if you wrench does need to go off site for repair, and you can't be without it.

TWCS operates 7 days a week, so being able to offer a weekend service, is of even greater benefit in having no downtime at all for your business.

TWCS mobile vehicle is fitted with Protest Equipment for checking & re-calibration of all makes and models of Torque wrenches up to the range of 1500Nm, as well as Torque Screwdrivers.

Test equipment is certified annually to NATA standards to ensure accuracy is maintained at all times

Individual test certificates are issued for each wrench at no additional cost.

During each check, function tests are carried out to ensure that the integrity of your wrench is maintained and the tool is fit for service. It is highly recommended that manufacturers parts are used to maintain your tool in top working order.

Calibration stickers are also provided for any compliance policies you may have in place. These identify when checks have been carried out and when they are next due.

Every calibration comes complete with a calibration certificate at no additional cost.

Keeping records for compliance is important, and as part of the service, we keep a database list of your wrenches with a history of the checking and calibration that has been carried out. Copies of certificates and due dates can be requested at any time if required.
