The property is only four minutes' walk to Willyama beach and only a short distance to superb Innes National Park. There are two double bedrooms upstairs with two bathrooms which open with french doors to the front verandah. The open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen have high vaulted ceilings. There is a downstairs bedroom with bunk beds. The property can accommodate up to eight people. Other facilities include commanding views from the high position of the front deck, a secluded back verandah with Australian native plants, a downstairs games room, external fish cleaning station and undercover lock up parking.
