Toolunka Creek Olives

Toolunka Creek Olives was founded by Craig McClory and his partner Andrea Chick in 2006. Our home farm is on the Murray River at Toolunka Creek in South Australia and our processing and packaging warehouse is in Keith South Australia.
From a humble beginning, sending fresh fruit to market, our business has evolved into that of medium volume processing and national distribution. Our food service products have pride of place in some of Australia’s finest restaurants and gourmet food outlets.
Our premium Green Olives are predominantly grown on our own property but are also sourced from two neighbours at Toolunka. Care is taken on all farms to ensure quality natural produce. The pickling process can take up to 18 Months and is done with the absence of chemicals and artificial flavouring and colouring. All additives are natural and Australian made.
To ensure end product quality all olives are graded for size and imperfections prior to pickling and then hand graded during the packaging process. All olives are packaged in their own pickling brine to ensure that taste is not lost.
Craig and Andrea are hands on in all aspects of the growing, harvesting, processing and packaging.
