I am offering clients a FREE mow or clean (no obligation) so you can assess my charges and standards. I believe I can work for you more cost effectively than other cleaners and gardeners.

I live in Nambour with my wife. Our two youngest children are in High School. I work every weekend interviewing for the Roy Morgan Research and am free through the week to suit your needs.

I hope to establish a client base of people requiring weekday house cleaning, gardening, handiwork or personal care such as vehicle oil changes, home repairs, house painting, small slashing jobs, tree lopping and removal, gutter cleaning, trips to town, personal care, etc.

I am happy to work for $20/hr, or quote on whatever job is required. Payment can be via means including bank transfer following me emailing you a proper Tax Invoice detailing my hours and activities.

I am 60 years old, a keen surfer and cyclist, and like to replace car trips with cycle and bus trips. I have all the gardening and cleaning equipment required, as well as a car and very high sided 5’x7’ trailer ideal for rubbish removal.

I have excellent personal references. My Government Survey work has required me to complete recent Police and Working with Children checks.
