My name is Tony and my interest for fitness, health and training in general started 10 years ago, when as an obese teenager I was introduced to a gym by a friend; struggling in the first couple years, trying to find motivation and educating myself on how to effectively lose weight by training and eating properly I eventually started doing it, with great motivation, losing 50kg in 12 months, going from over 130kg to 80kg, and that's when my passion began.
I was 19 years old and I was determined to live my life helping people that, just like I did as an obese teenager, needed support, knowledge and motivation to achieve their goals and change their life for the better
During the following years I started studying, researching and experiencing myself ways to improve my body and gain strength in the gym with proper dietary and training approaches;
So in 2010 I was attending Sport Science at University and started working part-time in a local gym as an instructor, then starting my own PT business a couple years later in 2013.

I have trained and coached people for different goals; ranging from sports performance to fat loss, strength/muscle gain and contest prep for fitness modeling.

Personal training with me does not mean just having a short workout delivered and then being left to yourself. Personal training with me means being followed at 360° from training to nutritional coaching/guidelines, with lifestyle tips, it means learning a lot of new things about training and about your body; it means learning how to train and how to keep your own healthy lifestyle and eating habits that will change your life to the better without deprivation.
