I've always had a passion for fitness. For a long time i was addicted to cardio doing a crazy 1-2 hours daily, misinformed about weight training thinking that lifting weights would make you 'bulky'. After suffering from over training for the second time i began my transition into weight training and found myself getting stronger, fitter and healthier. Happy with the changes in my body i began to learn a more functional approach to training, i incorporate a lot of free weights, TRX, tabata and only small cardio intervals into my own training.
I believe food and fitness go hand in hand in having a balanced lifestyle. Our bodies need fresh, clean and wholesome food to fuel them and to maximise your quality of life.
