Welcome to the Tom Collins Bar, a bar and eatery located in the Toowoomba CBD, nestled under the Toowoomba Central Plaza Apartment Hotel.

Tom Collins Bar provides a unique setting for a bite to eat with a cold beer, relaxed after work drinks with friends or even a late night rendezvous.

Catering to a wide variety of tastes, Tom Collins Bar offers guests a considered, craft focused and comfort driven food and drink selection. The food menu is 100% gluten free and you'll find a unique selection of gluten free/gluten friendly beers. The wine list has been carefully chosen with an extensive range of organic, biodynamic and preservative free wines from various regions within Australia. There's also a variety of International wines to tempt even the most discerning palate.

The cocktail list offers a freshness of seasonally changing concoctions and the integrity of classic twists on old favourites. Be sure to check out our Tom Collins range and like our tap beers, we'll constantly change our cocktail offerings too.

Tom Collins is open from 11.30am until late, 7 days a week.
We are sorry, we don't take reservations for the bar. Bistro reservations are welcome.
