TK Fitness

TK Fitness is a small, locally founded business working with members of the community on a personal or group basis. For those willing to put in the hard effort to achieve their physical fitness goals. Whether it be a personal endeavour or a fun team building exercise for businesses, TK fitness is the number 1 choice.

After always having a passion for sport and everything to with fitness it made sense to study it. After training socially under a personal trainer in a local gym for nearly 2 years I was inspired to take on the challenge.
Once I have completed my course I wish to pursue my dream of training others who maybe lack the motivation or the support they need to reach their fitness goals.
Being inspired by my own family, I also wish to work with people with mental and physical disabilities, giving them a chance to be active and embrace the joyous feeling exercise brings to the body!
