I'm Jesse, a stay-at-home Mum of two and I love to sew!

All items are handmade by me and are finished to a high standard including overlocked/serged seams, topstitching, hand stitching, etc.

HOW TO PURCHASE

Please comment SOLD on the picture of the item you'd like, then private message the page to confirm your purchase.

Your handmade-with-love items will be posted as soon as your purchase is confirmed as paid in full. Payment is accepted via direct Bank Deposit, PayPal, or Credit Card (online).

POSTAGE

Please note that prices are NOT inclusive of postage - Regular postage is a maximum rate of $8 to anywhere in Australia. Registered post can be purchased for an additional fee upon request.
FREE collection and sometimes drop off can be arranged for customers around the Mandurah area.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Please wash your item when it is received to ensure there are no skin reactions due to fabric dyes, washing powder brands, etc.

Any specialty items/fabrics will include full care instructions. Please follow the care instructions to ensure your item/s last. If no care instructions are provided, then throw it in the wash, baby! It's made for rough and tumble!

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Every effort is made to ensure the quality of the products, however should you not be satisfied with your item/s, please email me at titchbyjesse@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving them to discuss a solution, whether that be alteration, remake or partial/full refund. If the item/s are to be returned at all please note they must be in an unworn/unused/unsoiled condition. Return postage is the buyers responsibility unless previously arranged with Titch by Jesse.

Customer satisfaction is my number one priority so PLEASE contact me first with any issues you may have.

Equally, if you are stoked with your item/s I'd love to know about it! Please feel free to post a review on the wall and message me pictures of your Titch by Jesse product/s in use, letting me know if you are happy for them to posted on the Facebook page.
