I am a Reiki Practitioner trained in Advanced Reiki II, trained in the use of Dr Usui method of universal energy healing.
Reiki is a gentle healing practice becoming more widely used and is a healing practice that stands on its own or safely used to support orthodox or other complimentary medicine.
The benefits of Reiki are wide and varied and unique to each individual person.

I am currently training to achieve my Diploma in Clinical Reflexology and have so far qualified for my Reflexology II certificate and am able to apply reflexology sessions for you.
Reflexology is the science of applying pressure to reflex points in the feet which relate to body parts, organs and glands in the body. It is a beneficial for those who have health, issues, want to relieve tension or those who just want a relaxation session.

I have also completed my certificate in Swedish Massage and am able to provide full body relaxation massages.

I am currently completing a certificate in Aromatherapy.
