Tim brings with him over 20 years of experience starting in an independent agency located at the very same 37 Main Street, Buderim we now occupy and then taking it over in 1997.

In 1999 they joined the RE/MAX franchise and Tim achieved the No 1 selling RE/MAX office in Australia on 3 occasions. His personal RE/MAX Awards include: 4 time Platinum Club award, Australian Hall of Fame award and the International Hall of Fame award. In 2008 he sold out of his business and joined another group, but we are glad to say, Tim is back!

Tim says there is no comparison to all that an international brand offers its clients and customers and he’s enjoying being devoted only to sales now that he has come back on as an employee rather than an owner. Tim’s personal interests include golf – at which he says he is wildly inconsistent, fishing – at which he says he is very consistent, “I never catch a thing”, squash – his daughter beat him after picking up a racket for the first time at 17. She’s still 17!

So it seems the only thing Tim does truly well is sell real estate … and there is no denying that. With over two decades of success and learning along the way, his experience, constant contact with clients and the right selling and negotiating strategy count for his great results every time.
