1-hour massage: consists of your specialized area. For example, back neck and shoulders that are tight sore and carrying the tension, this also includes stretches with therapist to help you with home care.

1.5-hour massage: is full body relaxation starting with a foot soak and scrub and finishing with complete mind and body relaxation.

Every appointment consists of ensuring the treatment plan has been set out for your individual needs. We will ask for feedback from you to ensure we are using comfortable pressure. You can ask questions or stop treatment at any time if you are uncomfortable.
