Hi, I'm Amanda and I am the founder of Thrive Personal Life Coaching, life coaching and mentoring designed for women and especially mums.

With 5 children, aged 16,15,13,6 & 5 (two boys and three girls) I feel that I have learnt many things along the parenting journey that I would love to share with other women.

My passion is to see women enjoying life confidently and sometimes we need reach out to each other to help us in this. Sometimes we need to chat with someone about where we are going, what we want to be doing and how we can reach those goals.

With a background in Nursing and Pastoral Care and over 20 years experience mentoring women, I have the skills to coach and mentor others in a non judgmental and compassionate way.
