Three Pines Farm, Berry

The property is situated between Berry and Seven Mile Beach set on 7.4 acres. It is only a 2 minute drive to Berry centre, 4 minutes to Seven Mile Beach and a short drive to the numerous Shoalhaven Wineries.
The majority of the property is cleared with lovely established trees around the home, a fully fenced garden and (2) paddocks. At various times of the year we will have cattle, sheep and goats in the paddocks. All of these will normally be relatively tame and can be hand fed. You will find a diverse number of local wildlife, including a resident Bowerbird, Possums, Wombats and Kangaroos.
On our property you will find a diverse variety of fruit or nut bearing trees, like cumquats, lemon, grapefruit, mandarin, apple, avocado, pecan, macadamia, cherry guava, figs, lemonade, grapes and chokos.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, study, and great open plan living areas and can comfortably accommodate 12 people with an additional 2 available via a sofa bed. All bedding and showering requirements are catered for.
Gas and an enclosed wood flued fire provides heating throughout the house with cooling fans in all rooms We have provided an assortment of games, puzzles and books for enjoyment, along with a television and DVD player for entertainment.
There are (2) outdoor undercover areas for dining, a barbeque and an open fire pit for cooking damper, jaffles or toasted marshmallows.
Due to our native and farm animals we unfortunately do not cater for pets.
