There is no Snowy Mountain ski accommodation quite like (or quiet like) Thredbo Farm. Established in the early 80s – and with a relatively recent million dollar upgrade – the Lodge is perfect for couples and families who love the great outdoors…and great camaraderie indoors!

Located between Thredbo and Jindabyne, a snow ball’s throw from the ski tube and opposite Lake Crackenback Resort, it's situated on 350 acres of pure unadulterated wilderness. Thredbo Farm sits on the Alpine Way, enjoys a 2km frontage to the Kosciuszko National Park, and a boundary formed by the trout haven known as Little Thredbo River. We are a few minutes drive from the Bullock's Flat Ski Tube Terminal, 15 kms from Thredbo and 18km from Jindabyne.

However, it is much, much more than a ski lodge, Thredbo Farm is a mountain retreat that is enjoyed 365 days a year with extensive facilities and on-going improvements. Striking alpine scenery surrounds the Lodge from a number of our spectacular bushwalk lookouts, and from the deck of the Lodge itself.

We believe the unique wilderness setting is our most valuable asset.

The Lodge comfortably sleeps around 60 members and their guests in bunkrooms, twin/double, family rooms or ensuite loft apartments. It is in outstanding condition, particularly the supremely spacious Snowgums Ensuite Apartments which boast large contemporary rooms, king bed + 2 x singles, and awe-inspiring mountain views. The main Homestead lodge consists of a large lounge and crackling fireplace – ideal for après-ski yarns – community kitchen, dining room, kid’s room, games room, laundry, drying room and ski tuning room. It is blessed with sought-after facilities and amenities including bush golf course, tennis court, swimming pool, basketball key, BBQ, sauna, spa and deck. The property is a bush walker or mountain biker’s dream, while the large trout in Little Thredbo River (a short stroll away via private access) are always up for a battle of wits.
