Thitpok Rural Development

We are an Australian microfinance charity, we partner with NGO’s in Cambodia to provide training and small loans to women who are victims of abuse and trafficking, to enable them to pursue entrepreneurial activities that in turn enables very poor households to meet basic needs and build greater community stability.

Thitpok derives its name from the trees growing out of the ruins of Ta Prohm Temple (Ankor Wat) Its massive root system hugging the structures and the earth, connecting and growing, representing stability in an otherwise crumbling existence.
