PLEASE NOTE: Store Policy on returns. If there is a fault with the items we will work with the designer or supplier to repair or replace the item as soon as practicable. If a gift purchased from the store is not suitable we will exchange for a similar priced item when returned within 14 days of purchase. Any outstanding amounts will need to be paid by the customer. If no item suitable for exchange at the time a store credit will be provided valid for three months from issue date.

Items that have been marked down or are on sale are unable to be returned or exchanged for a store credit.

Laybys require a 50% deposit and the remaining amount to be paid within a month - if customers are to surrender their layby within the layby period then their deposit will become a store credit.
Where laybys have not been collected within the agreed period then the items will be returned to the inventory and the deposit forfeit.
