We run boot camps in Lathlain on Monday, Thursday and Friday mornings starting at 9am. We welcome all fitness levels and will tailor workouts to suit your ability.
Children are not only welcomed but encouraged. This business was started to help women, especially mums, get fit without the struggle of baby-sitting, creche's or judging stares when your kids have tantrums.
We are a supportive and friendly bunch who come to sweat it out as well as reap the benefits of meeting other women and enjoying social interaction!
Please don't hesitate to ask a question or just show up and give it a go. Bring a mat for your children to hang out on, though usually they end up joining in the workouts or playing on the playground. We recommend you bring a yoga mat if you have one, a sweat towel and a water bottle.
