Classes are held from Monday - Sunday. Yoga, Meditation & Pilates are available for your well being, calmness, flexibility, improved strength, or stress relief. Beginners classes and various Levels available.

The venue is heated in winter and in summer catches the prevailing breezes with fans making for comfort on your mat.
All equipment is provided.
