Mission: Share my passion, knowledge and experience with dedication and care to create dynamic programs that improve and enrich the lifestyles of my clients. Along with the highest standards of service expected of the Health and Fitness Industry I will conduct my business with integrity and am committed to creating a very successful and motivating Health Coaching business.
As a busy mum of a young child, I know first hand how hard it can be sometimes to fit training into an already busy schedule! My goal in creating The Wellness DEPT was to offer people a fresh approach to training and to find a way to make training fun, relaxed and flexible! Cause after all, if it is fun and not a chore than it is far easier to commit to!
The Wellness DEPT offers training options that are interactive and ALWAYS changing! We have no rigid timetables however still offer regular weekly group training sessions.
One on One PT sessions can also be booked at a time to suit and can be done in the comfort of your own home or in my own purpose built home studio!
