The Wellness Barn - Life Balance Training and Consultancy

The Wellness Barn is operated by Krishna - Life Balance Training and Consultancy .Krishna facilitates these groups, workshops and retreats and can source other presenters if required .
Krishna has many years of experience working in community services and facilitating meditation , mindfulness groups as well as being a Reiki Master .
The Wellness Barn is located at the foot of the Dandenong Ranges on an acre of tranquil wildlife and trees . It is a centre for learning about a holistic approach to health and well-being. There are many different workshops and day retreats to attend, including; workplace mindfulness wellness days, carer programs , day and evening meditation sessions and Reiki training

In addition to the workshops available at the Wellness Barn, individual Reiki Healing and Life Balance sessions are available to assist with creating and maintaining a healthy and balanced approach to life.

The Wellness Barn is also available for hire. With the tranquil surroundings, it would be the perfect place to facilitate health and well-being events.
