The Vale Studio - Wellbeing Retreats

We specialise in day retreats/workshops, private tuition and classes in Yoga, Tai Chi and Karate in a purpose built studio on 44 acres with fabulous views, woodland walking trails both gentle and arduous, meditation decks, gazebos, bbq and fire pit. We accommodate private individuals, small groups and corporate team building events. We are also a venue for hire if you are looking for that special place for your event.
