Welcome to the official Facebook page for the University of Notre Dame Australia Law Schools.

The Law Schools strive for excellence in teaching and learning, research and scholarship, and training for the legal profession. We also strongly emphasise pastoral care for students and ethics. At Notre Dame, we care about students as individuals, and we work hard to help each student reach their potential. Last year the Australian Financial Review published an article that stated that the 2015 Good Universities Guide reported that 90% of UNDA Law School graduates find employment within four months of completing their degree.

The Law School (Fremantle Campus) commenced accepting students in 1997 and the Law School (Sydney Campus) commenced accepting students in 2006. Students at the Law Schools can commence studying their LLB straight after high school. They can also commence study after completing another degree. They can study law in combination with another degree (e.g. Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Commerce). The Law Schools also offer an LLM (by research) and a PhD (by research).

Students have the opportunity to study overseas (e.g. in England, France and Ireland). They can also participate in many academic competitions, such as the International and National Moot.

The Notre Dame Law Students’ Society (Fremantle) and the Notre Dame Law Society (Sydney) also organise many social and professional events to ensure that students have the best experience possible while attending the Law Schools.

Whether you hope to work in law, business, academia, journalism, government, politics or one of the many different careers that the Law Schools can prepare you for after you graduate, the Law Schools warmly welcome you.
