The Train Station specializes in outdoor training, both group fitness and personal 'one on one' sessions to suit the fitness needs of every individual. Whether you would like to lose some weight, tone up or just feel generally healthy there is no better time to get on board with us.
Our head trainer Natalia has a degree in Exercise and Health Science from the University of Western Australia, holds a Certificate 3&4 in fitness and has over 4 years experience in the fitness industry- it is safe to say you are in good hands.
Our aim is to set up weekly sessions in different locations allowing you to 'train at the station' which is of most convenience.
