Overall about 130sqm, the main hall is about 95sqm open plan divided by a large well-stocked bookcase. Outdoor dining in courtyard. TV, DVD,, CD, i-pod dock, free Wi-Fi. Bedding is one Queen bed and two King-Singles. Cot & Hi Chair available (FOC). Not a full B&B however some breakfast provisions are provided.
