The Shire Conveyancer is a small boutique Conveyancing office and has operated in the Cronulla and Campbelltown area since 1996. The principal of the firm, Allison Clark, grew up in Rutherglen, Scotland and settled in the Campbelltown area in 1984.

Allison Clark was the First Female Licensed Conveyancer in the MacArthur area, opening the First Licensed Conveyancing Office in 1996, known as Allison Clark Conveyancing.

Famous for her attention to detail and of course her sense of humour, Allison Clark has built a team of Conveyancers who can guarantee the highest quality of work, with an approachable and friendly manner. In fact one example of her sense of humour was found in the Sydney Morning Herald as she advertised that she spoke three languages :- English, Australian and Scottish.
