The original Shearing Shed was destroyed by a freak storm in February 2004 which only lasted about 5 minutes but was strong enough to lift the shed from its foundations and throw it down into the gully.
All that was left standing of the original shed were two poles and the original chutes used to send the sheep into the pens below after they had been shorn.
A new shed now stands in its place, retaining the old poles and chutes, converted into a luxury 3 bedroom getaway with magnificent views from every window.
