Search Party is the only recruitment solution that lets employers harness the skills of professional recruiters at an affordable price. It leverages data science and machine learning to find the perfect employee every time. Here's a detailed view of the interaction you can expect when a single employer interacts with multiple recruiters who represent the millions of candidates on Search Party Marketplace.
RECRUITERS
Publish Candidates:
Our parser reads all resumes to understand candidate experience. All data is anonymised. There are currently millions of pre-screened candidates in over 20 countries, with highest concentrations in Australia, UK and Canada.
EMPLOYER
Searches for new hires:
When an employer enters job titles or skills they seek in a new employee, our algorithm goes to work. It matches the most suitable candidates on the basis of experience, skills and education and displays them to the employer in order of relevance.
Shortlists candidates:
Evaluating all profiles purely on merit (via previous job experience, skills and education), the employer selects the most relevant people for the job and adds them to their shortlist.
Sets fees and requests full profiles:
Employer reviews their shortlist and selects which candidates they're interested in. They input a job descriptionn and select what fee they are willing to pay for their shortlisted candidates, should they end up hiring one of them.
RECRUITERS
Screen their candidates for fit:
After reading the job descriptionn and learning about the employer, recruiters speak to their candidates to make sure they meet the brief and fit in terms of company culture.
Reveal candidate profiles:
Provided the candidates are a fit and interested in the opportunity, recruiters reveal full profiles to the employer.
Suggest more candidates:
If necessary, recruiters suggest other candidates that may be a good fit for the role. Employer chooses whether or not to consider them for the role.
EMPLOYER
Schedules interviews:
As soon as interviews are confirmed, recruiters prepare their candidate to ensure that all interviews with Search Party sourced talent are as productive as possible.
Offers the job to a candidate:
Within 10 days on average, employer sends an offer to the candidate of their choice. Some employers hire more than one candidate from their shortlist.
Pays any fees due to Search Party:
Search Party disburses any fees due to the recruiter.
