The Scrap Shack

The Scrap Shack at Inverloch is a spacious 4 bed beach house which is set up as the perfect weekend craft retreat between March and November each year. When you arrive you will find your comfy bed made up ready and waiting for you. The fridge and pantry will be generously stocked with everything you need for meals and snacks for the weekend; breakfast, lunch and dinner plus options for morning and afternoon teas and suppers. You will not go hungry and those with food intolerances or allergies are catered for as well so that catering is inclusive and no one needs to feel "different".
The large family room will be set up with a full trestle table for each member of your group, including scrap bins and lamps for close work at night time. For those working with fabric rather than paper, there are two irons and ironing boards and the dining table is available as a cutting table when it isn't being used for meals. The family room is a lovely space in which to work as it gets morning sun on one side and then the afternoon sun through clerestory windows so that no one will have the sun in their eyes. There is no need to clear anything away for meal times as there is still room for the dining table seating 10.
Standard toiletries are provided so that you can travel light and make as much space as possible available for your gear. Details available on booking. At the end of your weekend, pack your personal things and simply walk away, I'll do all the clearing away.
