The Scarsdale House

A modern home on a country property, built with love by artists...

Two levels, three bedrooms, one bathroom, two separate toilets, laundry (washer and dryer), open kitchen dining lounge area, two lovely decks, barbecue, gorgeous views and outlooks. Five acres of cleared garden and 15 acres of aussie bush which backs onto state forrest. Great for bushwalks or just kicking back enjoying the scenery.


Well stocked kitchen and warm cozy Coonara fire place.

Includes linen and creature comforts. wireless internet dvd, ipod dock etc etc .

The Scarsdale house is our weekender so you'll find our things around the house , please just make your self at home.
There should be plenty of supplies in the pantry for cooking etc, herbs spices flour etc, please feel free to use what you find there and leave a note on the fridge if anything runs out (or replace it if you like).

There are puzzles and games in the living room and loads of dvds for the tele which is in the upstairs kids bedroom. There are towels and linen in the house, which you are welcome to use, but feel free to bring your own if you'd rather just pack up and go.


20 minutes from Ballarat and 90mins from Melbourne.

A terrific venue for a relaxed getaway with friends.

Cancellation Policy- %50 refund up until one week prior to booking. Then no refund unless rebooked.

Please note the house is strictly no smoking inside. Smoking inside will forfeit bond.
