One on one personal training $30
1 hour - Includes body weight, cardio, resistance bands, resistance training, high intensity and low intensity suited to your personal needs.
Rehabilitation $40
1 hour - focuses on light exercises to slowly get strength, mobility and flexibility to an injured body part.
Boot camp $10
1 hour - includes various activities including but not limited to:
boxing, running, body weight exercises, high intensity cardio, low intensity cardio, continuous training and interval training.
Boxcercise - $25
30 min - includes boxing, kickboxing, abs conditioning and body weight exercises.
