I have been working as a beauty therapist for 25 years and a reflexologist for the past 7 years and ten year of that have been in the Kenmore area.

Reflexology is a system of massage used to relieve tension and treat illness, based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, hands, and head linked to every part of the body.
The treatments I offer are:

REFLEXOLOGY is a field of Holistic Health that works by massaging pressure points which stimulates the lymphatic system and blood circulation therefore promoting wellness to the body.

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY - a technique where pressure is applied through massage to the feet. It promotes balance within the body by alleviating any blockages which may have been created through illness, stress, toxins or injury.

FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY - a unique treatment designed to determine the cause of client’s conditions not just treating the symptoms. This is achieved using techniques from the South American Indians, Vietnamese and Chinese meridians and acupuncture points.

JAPANESE COSMOLIFT - is performed on the face as a non-surgical alternative to a facelift. It tones the muscles of the face which can minimise fine lines and wrinkles leaving the skin looking fresh and luminous. The treatment also helps eliminate toxins, improves ones health and energises the body. Stimulation of acupressure points also works on the body and soul bringing you a wonderful sense of wellbeing.
