‘The Queenslander' conveys the charisma associated with the world-wide recognized Queensland architectural signature. To its evocative aesthetics and classical proportions, our warmly welcoming home adds consummate modern comfort and exceptional outdoor environs. Living, dining and entertaining areas receive beautiful cooling cross breezes and the expansive verandah aspects over the pool, set amongst the majestic palm trees.

We have family connections in Noosa and have been holidaying here for almost 20 years now. We have 2 young children and a dog who all love the beach, so we purchased ‘The Queenslander’ late in 2014 and have set it up for holiday rental for both our enjoyment and yours.

Set up with families in mind, our home has all that you will need to arrive, relax and enjoy your Noosa holiday.

How close is it to the beach I hear you ask? Actually our home is close to all 3 of Noosa's waterways; Hastings St main beach, Sunshine Beach surf beach and Noosaville/Noosa River. All are accessible within a 3-5 min drive of our home, or if you prefer, a 20 min stroll down the hill will see you at Hastings St main beach.

Less than a 5 min/1km walk from our home you will find the Noosa Junction precinct which features restaurants, bars and a pub, Coles supermarket, Target Country, specialty stores, cinemas and bus precinct.

Designed for either one family or two, our house boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms over two levels. All of the furniture, appliances, decor and linen in our house are brand new!

Features of our home include:
- brand new inground pool (7m x 3m x 1.8m), paved/fenced pool area and landscaped fully enclosed yard
- three bedrooms (1 queen bedroom upstairs with ensuite and walk in robe, a second queen bedroom downstairs with built in robe plus a kids’ room downstairs with 2 sets of bunks and a built in robe) all with ceiling fans
- Ensuite + bathroom (with bath and shower) and separate toilet downstairs
- Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave
- Indoor and outdoor dining + Weber Q BBQ
- Office hub with Wi-Fi connectivity
- 40" TV's in both lounge room and kids' zone
- iPod dock/speakers
- Laundry with washing machine and ironing facilities
- Double key less garage with internal access + additional off- street parking

CHILDREN
We know how important it is for our children to be safe, comfortable and entertained whilst on holidays, so we’ve set up BR 3 as The kids’ zone with 2 sets of bunks, a 40” TV with dozens of children's movies on a hard drive, bean bags, books, toys and dress ups.

You will also find the following items in our home:
- high chair
- stroller pram
- 2 x stair guards - for both top and bottom of stairs
- sliding door locks and door latches (for cupboards)
- pool and beach toys
- night lights both up and downstairs
- All 4 bunk beds are fitted with 100% absorbent ‘Brolly Sheets’
- verandah doors can be closed/locked so that your young child/ren can have access to the house and/or verandah without access to the stairs or front yard

ACCESS
You will have full access to our house throughout your stay.
All linen including pillows, blankets, bath and pool towels are provided, or you can bring your own for a reduced price.

RATES
Our standard rate is $195 per night.
As a guide to peak period pricing, long weekends cost between $235 and $250 per night and a stay during the school holidays ranges from between $295 mid-year up to $495 per night over the Christmas/January holiday period.
Additional costs include a cleaning and linen charge applicable to all bookings.
