We try to source all of our produce from a combination of our own gardens and local growers, taking into account the entire life cycle of the products that go into both us and you.
We use a signature blend of certified organic, fairtrade and directly traded Amelia Franklin Specialty coffee, locally roasted in Bellingen - quality fairtrade organic roasters can be difficult to find considering the limitations in crop variety, but we're lucky to have quality fairtrade. organic espresso produced right here in Bellingen.

We're also happy to accommodate special dietary requirements, if you're vegan, gluten intolerant, lactose intolerant or have any other sort of dietary requirements....we can probably do it.
