The Physique Centre - A gym for everybody

The Physique Centre is a gym based near Port Adelaide. It is managed by former Commonwealth Record holder David Boyce who in 1988 set the benchmark at 182 kg in the Bench Press in the 82 kg division.

He also lifted a total of 770kg and has a best dead lift of 290kg for 5 repetitions.

David enjoys working with people and the satisfaction of seeing others achieve their goals. He has been involved in the fitness industry for over 30 years and holds a Certificate 3 in Fitness and the qualification of Fitness Leader in resistance training.

David and his staff welcome both new and experienced gym users and offer instruction and assistance as part of the membership.

The Physique Centre prides itself on being the "friendly" gym where you can train in a relaxed atmosphere to get the best results for your body type.
