The Perpetual Playground

THE PERPETUAL PLAYGROUND (TPP) operates as a not-for-profit organisation that believes in the power of relationships as a strong foundation on which to create a space (be it a classroom or workshop room or camp ground site) where youth feel safe, comfortable, and inspired to learn and grow as individuals, with each other, and to believe in themselves.

As a long time educator, I believe in lifelong learning and not just as a buzz word but as a core value. I believe I am learning every day. With this mind-set, I believe that all young people can play the role as teachers, as well as students, in their life, and as such, it is essential to create an environment that not only fosters this belief but empowers youth with the knowledge that it is acceptable to play the role of both in any setting.
