The PEAK - Forest Retreat

A private property of 50 acres next to World Heritage area set under Mother Cummings Peak and Mt Ironstone in the Great Western Tiers, North West Tasmania. We aim to offer exclusive, forest retreat accommodation in two styles; The Peak's Lodge hosts an upstairs queen bedroom with own bathroom, relaxing dining, lounge areas overlooking spectacular views and large balcony. A delicious, self catering breakfast is provided and an evening meal can be arranged.
The second option gives you The Peak's Cottage, hosting two bedrooms, the main with a queen bed and other with two singles. It is fully self contained with an equipped kitchen and a delicious breakfast provided, wood heater, complimentary goodies; comfort with a touch of luxury in the forest. The outdoor area has a roomy deck and magnificent views surrounded by forest with a barbeque and seating. Everything you will need for your retreat stay is here waiting.

The Peak invites you to walk our private waterfall track to Mothers Falls while enjoying the amazing views and incredible garden. Close by you can take advantage of a number of Great Western Tiers walks that provided different aspects of the mountain area and a spot of lake and river fishing too. Not far away is Meander and Liffey which hosts walking tracks to beautiful waterfalls. Then if you want local information, shopping or dining you can drive twenty minutes to the vibrant town of Deloraine.
