I believe in the holistic approach to health & wellness. From health coaching for weight related issues to aromatherapy for mood and stress management, I have a passion for assisting families and individuals get to where they want their health to be.
Drawing upon the need for cohesion and collaboration between conventional medicine/healthcare and a natural, holistic approach and using my experience as a clinical nurse, I specialise in teaching people to look after their health using essential oils to support their wellbeing.
