Welcome to The Nutritionist Nanny page!
My name is Bridie Williams and I am from Ocean Grove, Victoria.
I am currently in my final year of Nutritional Medicine. The core beliefs of Nutritional medicine are all about the healing power of nature and doctor as teacher and I have come to adopt these as my own approach to nutrition.

I want to use this page to inspire you all to look at your food as medicine, teach you how to use food as medicine and bust a few food myths floating around using the science I have learned from my study through the Australasian College of Natural Therapies. Studying nutrition has involved countless hours sifting through information from all over the world, looking for the most relevant and most recent research. This course has given me access to some of the best medical and nutritional resources in the world and I am excited to pass some of the knowledge I have learned on to you!
I hope that the nutrition I put forward on this page appeals to you in some way; some of you will gravitate towards the facts, statistics, research and science behind nutrition while some of you I know will be drawn to the colour, beauty and holistic nature of nutrition.
