Remember, we once thought the world was flat, eggs were unhealthy and that saturated fat was the cause of heart disease too.

Some great books you may wish to invest in are "Good Calories, Bad Calories" by Gary Taubes and "It Starts With Food" by Dallas and Melissa Hartwig.
