Holistic health requires a holistic outlook that sees beyond the meal served on a plate and understands that health is multifaceted. Our level of happiness, our belief systems and lifestyle habits are critical components of health and our quality of life. From a dietary perspective, the factors that make the most impact on the quality of what we consume and its nutrient density are issues related to method of production. Soil conditions, additives, time in storage/transport and environmental impact, are just a few fundamentals that influence our health.
At The Natural Health Hub, practices that encourage greater control over the quality of what we eat, from the paddock to the plate, will extend upon the services offered in the clinic for those interested. Clinic consultations will be customised to ensure optimal utilisation of the nutrients provided and fine-tuning of metabolic processes in order to promote homeostasis and the bodies own capacity to heal.
It is hoped that as the business grows the services it can provide will also grow and respond, with acuity, to the perceived needs of the community of which it is a part. The ability to provide voluntary services to those seeking them in schools, on a regular basis, is one such service.
