The Ministry of Chocolate had humble beginnings during 2008 at Farmers Markets around Melbourne.

A family owned and operated business, we found it increasingly difficult to produce at home with kids around taste testing EVERYTHING! In 2012 we decided to take the big leap into more permanent and larger scale premises to the kitchen and retail store you see today.

The Ministry of Chocolate is committed to producing high quality chocolates and cakes by using the finest couverture chocolate from Belgium and France as well as fresh ingredients and innovative flavours.

Additionally, we serve coffee, tea & hot chocolate, as well as a range of cakes, slices and croissants.

Our products and services range from retail, wholesale, functions & events, as well as chocolate making classes.

PRAHRAN MARKET //
Tuesday, Thursday to Saturday 7am-5pm
Sunday 10am-3pm
(Closed Monday and Wednesday).
