Did you know: every year in Australia, around 37,000 cancer cases are preventable. Following a healthy lifestyle—being physically active, enjoying a healthy diet and maintaining a healthy body weight—is an important factor in reducing your risk of cancer.

It’s why we created The March Charge; we wanted to set a healthy challenge that has the added impact of raising vital funds for Cancer Council.

Together, we can take a head-on approach to beating cancer—and for the whole month of March we’re Charging at it. By taking part, you’ll be reducing your cancer risk, promoting physical activity and helping raise funds for cancer research, prevention, advocacy and support.
