The Local Function Centre

All functions are exclusive and private. There are two beer gardens for smoking and chilling out, a dance floor area and stage for bands if required. Parking facilities in front of the venue cater for over 80 cars, and there are bus and train facilities at your door step.

Please note:
We do not provide for 16th/17th birthday parties. Underage/Children may attend provided each minor is accompanied by at least one parent/guardian.

Parking available in front of the venue for 80+ cars.

PRICING GUIDELINES:

Friday :
Hire charge $ 0
+ Minimum spend $ 1200 on food or drinks
= Total $ 1200

Saturday:
Hire charge $0
+ Minimum spend $ 1500 on food or drinks
= Total $ 1500

weekday Price is negotiable.


Evening functions are guaranteed exclusive hire from 7pm–12am (5 hours).
Extended exclusive hire available up to 1am, provided guests are still buying drinks.
If hire is not extended, the room/area closes.
The latest closing time is 1am.

We are able to provide security service for 21st birthday functions at a fee of $240 per hour for minimum 6 hours.

Bar tab, Cash bar/Pay as you go (minimum spend must be reached first)

Functions can start as early as 12pm.
No seasonal surcharges, same hire conditions all weekends of the year.
