Busselton is an easy drive away, with all of it's attractions, including the famous Bussleton Jetty with it's newly refurbished Jetty train! Ride to the end and take a tour of the Busselton Underwater Observatory... the only place in Australia you can stay dry 10 meters under the ocean!
Bunbury is the city of the Southwest, which is also an easy drive from the cottage, and a great place to go for some shopping! The Bunbury Farmers Markets are a must to stock up on local fruits and produce. If you're unlucky enough not to get a glimpse of the dolphins anywhere along the coast, you can always visit Bunbury Dolphin Discovery Centre!
