The Last Handmade

We have launched our little enterprise! The last Handmade has been a long time dreaming, planning and labouring about. The biscotti are home made, handmade and made to order. In other words - I don't bake - until I get orders.

TLHM Biscotti are baked from scratch and are hand crafted using the finest ingredients: sweet cream butter, organic eggs, raw cacao powder, organic bittersweet chocolate, pure vanilla extract, roasted organic nuts, fruits, spices, and zests. Every batch of biscotti is finished with our signature sprinkle of raw sugar.

The quality of ingredients and the love that is baked into each batch is reminiscent of a simpler way of baking when things were mixed by hand. All of our biscotti are made in small batches and we do not use preservatives. We hope that our delicious treats evoke sweet memories of your childhood and family, whether it was baking alongside your grandmother, or the aroma of a warm batch of cookies wafting through the air when you came from school. With one bite, you'll be transported back to a simpler, uncomplicated time.
