The Jungle Body with Kathy

I started taking Jungle Body Classes mid 2012. I was 93kg and finding it hard to find a fitness class I really enjoyed and would stick with, untill I found the Jungle Body, finally I had found something I absolutely loved and I would do everything I could to not to miss a class.

By mid 2013 was attending 5 to 7 classes a week, and I had hit my goal weight 64kg and decided I wanted to become an instructor, I wanted to make this a permanent part of my lifestyle

With the support from the Jungle Body Team I became qualified in February 2014.

I have the best job ever, I just LOVE the variety of routines and music involved. The Jungle Body program has changed my body like no fitness programme I have ever done before. It challenges and inspires me as an instructor and I strive to make all my classes easy-to-do, results driven, challenging, inspiring and so much fun you'll never want to miss a class!
